#1. Verify that your name is correct and that is the Quoted Price.

#2. Compare your original to the restored image.

#3. If adjustments are required, check the appropriate area and indicate in the box the nature of the adjustments you would like us to make.

#4 Continue through all the images included in your order repeating the above and If changes are required click the “Submit With Changes” Button.  Changes per you request will be made and you will receive an email informing you that these have been completed and providing you with a new link to review the changes for your approval.

If no corrections are required proceed to the “Approval Form”

#1. If you have approved all the restorations then verify that the total amount due is correct and enter your email signature then Click the “Submit for Payment” Button to complete your order.  A "Thank You" notice will be displayed and an email will be sent with a link to Pay pal for you to pay for your order.  Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payments.

#2.  Be sure all Field for the Form have been completed and your email signature has been entered.
